Hi guys,  noa date is may 15,2017. Has anyone here received a notice of approval but no change of status at all online? Yesterday my husband received an approval letter from uscis but checked online everyday and it still says “On may 15, We’ve received your CR1-89..” etc. Thanks in advance for the reply!

Congrats. That's because he's checking the wrong the reciept number. He should check the other number, you should find it on the approval notice or the biometric letter

Regarding filing N400 online,

what do you provide as Other evidence?

Enough evidence so they can see what you both ate for breakfast during each day of your marriage....... pretty close to that.

Usually they conduct interview for ROC if you had an interview waiver for your AOS, if you had an interviewer waiver for AOS then that is maybe the reason why they invited you for an interview for your ROC.

Thank you for the response Lemon. We did have an interview for AOS and we have been married for four years and we sent a lot of documents. So I am really disappointed that this is just a I751 interview while I was expecting a combined N400 and I751 interview.

I am VSC 17238 filer.

I called USCIS twice today as I was getting curious/anxious as to resolution.

Spoke first to a tier 1 officer - nice guy but basically got the same status update as the app.

Requested a return call from a tier 2 officer. After some time, she said good news, your case was last touched May 30th, so I’m guessing it’s on a case officers desk. FYI The app status says my case transferred to local office April 9th.

I was then told that should have adjudication soon but they have up to 120 days to complete it.

Fingers crossed it’s soon 🙏

That's good news. I have the same 17238 starting number so hopefully something good soon.
