My mom received her green card about 1 year ago and she needs to travel out of the country for a while. We have applied for the Reentry permit about 1 month ago but we have not received the fingerprinting appointment notice yet (we received the Notice of Action). She will be traveling in 3 weeks and I am worried she might not get the fingerprint taken in time. I am am wondering if there is way to speed up the process? I called USCIS and they asked to wait 30 days (which is in 3 days). I scheduled an infopass for this week and I wondering if they can help me schedule an appointment for her fingerprint. Does anyone has experience wth this?

Thanks
