HI everyone, I have a simple quick question, the health insurance I had me and my spouse is terminated because my spouse he wanted it to be terminated, he didn't pay it for 2 months, and the due date was yesterday he simply told me he don't want it anymore, I'm not working and the bill  statment was with him, he didn't mention  before that he is not going to pay for it because I could do something , the coverage we had was though coveredca, how can I have a health insurance now?

I appreciate  your advices

Unless it's through an employer you're out of luck. Even with Obamacare you have to be within the enrollment period. (which I'm not sure is going on right now)

Not too sure why your spouse didn't want insurance, but unfortunately you have to get it through work or Obamacare. Theirs medicaid, but you have to be low income and if you're not a citizen (unless you've lived here a long time) and you go on it your sponsor will have to repay that money.

I don't think I will get it through work,  my spouse didn't want to take the one though his job because he said too expensive,  he didn't want to pay for it because he is trying to save as much money as he can to go to  a music festival, the music festival is 14h drive from where we live, he go to this festival every year and this year he is cutting  house services to make his trip looks exactly like he want, I'm not going with him,  but I'm wondering how can I fix the issue he caused

I am sorry to hear about your marriage, it seems you have different priorities.  You might want to find your own job, many employers offer some health insurance benefits.  Having income is also a good way to get some Independence.

What do you mean "cutting house services" - utilities?  He'll leave you there without utilities?

He's skipping insurance for a music festival? I'm not one to judge, but that shows a severe lack of priorities. Health insurance should definitely come before a music festival.

Yes, I'm tired of speaking with him,  he don't care, he is doing this to make me certainly  feel sick , because he know I'm not having income right now, he blame me  because he wake up early everymorning to go to his job! This is the kind of man unfortunately I married to

OP: What your husband has done is wrong if not borderline abusively insulting. How does he expect his wife, or himself for that matter to obtain healthcare? He has a responsibility to support you. Does he understand that without having health insurance he will be required to pay a penalty in taxes for the both of you? Without having insurance with his wife covered he is losing an important piece of co-mingling to use at a later date. The reasons he has provided you for not continuing the insurance are truly strange. Your options are extremely limited here: you can pay for insurance yourself out of pocket, or hopefully if you start working obtain through your work.

I don't mean to sound harsh here, but there is no unfortunately. You have rights and a choice not to be married to this man. If he won't communicate, does not care about you or your safety, and is willing to blow all his funds on frivolity instead of taking personal responsibility for his part in the marriage.... well... this does not sound like a sustainable marriage in the long term.

You've  expressed a few things, here and in other posts, that do not seem to be signs of a healthy relationship. Please take care.

He dont care anymore, he is refusing to even help me to get health insurance,  he was cheating lastly I guess, and what he is doing surprising me by saving a lot of money for things that I have no idea about,  he cut off TV cable and he bought small  tv streamer , and the surprise is when he said  he don't need health insurance and if I need it I have to pay for it and he know I will just get a job. he didn't even give me a chance or few days to think  about what can I do, easily he just didn't pay for it .

First and foremost you need to take care of yourself.  If that means getting a job, do it.  And if your husband doesn't want to be on your insurance plan, so be it.   Don't wait around as it seems your husband is doing some very unusual things.  I hope you can get through this, as it will be a difficult time period.

A job with Health Insurance would seem to be the solution.
