G-325A/ Birth certificates/ copies of pages from passports?

Hi All - I'm going to be submitting my I-751 in late June, but as I'm due to give birth to our first child at the start of June, I'm trying to get as much sorted on my application/ evidence as possible right now.

I've put my draft evidence together and realized that the key things that were part of my original AOS application, but don't seem to be requested here are completed G-325a's for both of us, copies of both of our birth certificates and copies of all of the pages of my UK passport.  Would you recommend including these as a category of evidence, or is it not needed?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Dizzkjk

Think of your I-751 in terms of it's real purpose. You have completed everything to get a greencard based on marriage to a USC. They have vetted your biographic histories using G-325A info, and checked many things for you to get to this point. They checked your health and made sure you had financial sponsorship.

As a measure to make it harder to get a greencard based on a fake marriage, they add a two year step to see if the marriage is actually a real relationship or if the immigrant went her separate way once that greencard was in her hands. Your real goal is to provide evidence that you and hubby have been together the whole two years and have done things typical of a real marriage that you may not have done with a stranger you paid to get you a greencard. While not every relationship is the same, a more traditional marriage is buying or renting together, sharing a bank account, living at the same address, filing joint taxes, having babies together, buying cars and having auto insurance together,  making each other beneficiaries, vacationing together, taking pictures together, drawing up wills.

So your task is not proving hubby is a USC and can support you and that you have no shady background. They are already satisfied with that.  You need to gather things with dates covering two years that show you really and truly share a marriage with your USC. Look at your life together so far and document as many things as possible showing you share finances, living space, major purchases, bills, insurance, babies, vacations, family gatherings, etc. Your passport for example may not show anything but your photo ID. But his and her driver license can show you both have the same address. Two boarding passes to Hawaii and a photo together with leis and Piña coladas is more evidence. There is no exact set of evidence. Some will be very official things, while others may be more fun spirited. But all together it will paint a picture of a real marriage.

Thank you Wuozopo, that makes perfect sense!

My current draft of my packet is over 2lb of paper, covering everything you've mentioned.  I was just worried that I was also meant to include these things and that I'd screw up the application for ROC by not including!
