Wouldn't you have to pay rent no matter what?

I had almost closed one business and started another which was btwn US and here - my investor withdrew when i wasnt given a replacement for B1/B2 - and lost money in heaps and just paid rents office, home etc stick in contracts while having no money to hire staff...

if we had known upfront that travelling back and forth on b1/b2 was going to be an issue we would have sorted a K1 or something before getting married or at least not invested.

anyway, my point here was to OP and that was the most important thing for me too - for those couples who dont want long seperation regardless of cost, ability to work etc i would say K1
