I really don't how exactly affidavit looks like, wondering if I can download a affidavit form online? We ask our friend maybe they can be our 3rd party, they said if we will SEND THEM AFFIDAVIT SO THEY CAN GO LAWYER AND SIGN TO NOTARIZED and mail to us, they are 4 hrs away from us but they come to see us or help us the yard workm, and they are the closest friend we had.

You got a RFE for affidavit? I checked your timeline, you just had an interview 2 days ago? did the officer require affidavit during the interview?  Sorry, I am just a little confused.

 

Regarding the format of affidavit, you can just search on this site. There are some sample forms right on this site.   Some people choose to notarize it, some don't.   I didn't even send any affidavit. I heart it's not as important if you have plenty of other evidence.
