Does scan date means all document is okay and application is ready for review ? I don't really understand what the scan implies , please someone should help with explanation thanks ....

Hello, if you did send all your docs at once, that should be a false checklist.  A real one will specifically satete the missing or incorrect doc. For your peace of mind, you may call NVC to confirm. Dont send anything again, unless youre specifically asked to send a particular doc, because each time you send NVC anything, it resets your scan date and they start counting your 11 weeks again from the point of receiving the new doc. Hope this helps.

How much does it cost to get an expedite at NVC and also what is the process?

Its free to request an expedite. Email NVC at this address: NVCExpedite@state.gov and make a case for your case to be expedited. All the best.

What process is expedited? The NVC wait time or the time from CC - Interview?

Hi, my file was send last night, when I log in to CEAC my message says in transit.  I believe they should get it by tomorrow at the embassy, I would recommend you call them, I called them twice yesterday because sometimes they hold on to your file for no reason.  I hope you get good news today.  let us know, good luck

Hi! So i checked and mine is in transit as well!! Hopefully they get it soon. Have you done anything else yet like schedule an interview?? Our embassy let's us set up our own interview appointment if expedited. I set ours already in a couple of week,  hopefully everything goes as planned.

This email address is for the embassy expedite. I believe if the request is granted, NVC stops handling the case and transfers same to the embassy to adjudicate the case.
