Just checked a bit ago and my case status is now "At NVC" and AOS is no longer listed. I wish I would've checked even 30 minutes ago to give them a call so I could verify if the case was closed. Now we wait until Tuesday... -_-

 

I'm feeling really hopeful here. Fingers crossed!

Thank you for already updating questionnaire notes.  This will def encourage others to check their status as well. Sucks that you have to wait until Tuesday to confirm it..

02/17/2017: NOA2, I-130 approved 

02/24/2017: Notification received on App (I130 Approved)
02/26/2017: Approved I-130 sent to NVC

02/28/2017: (NOA2) Notification received via snail mail.

06/02/2017: Received Interview date over Phone(scheduled to Jul 17th)

HI GUYS... NEED A QUICK INFO.... I JUST FILLED THE DS 261..... SUBMITTED IT.... THEN I WANTED TO PAY THE 120  BUT ITS NOT LETTING ME DO THAT IT SAYS IN PROCESS.......WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW..... IT WASNT SAYING THIS BEFORE ...IT WAS LETTING ME PAY BEFORE BUT NOT NOW....THANKS GUYS  APPRECIATE THE HELP.................

...ok i think i made a payment yesterday and i thought it din go thro coz it never went off my debit card.... so maybe it went thro and hence the in process....so dono..really... coz it never went of from my card....

It will take 2- 3 business days before the money is taken from your account

Can somebody tell me whats next after send documents to NVC. No scan date yet... but how do i track my case? 

Please do call the NVC after your courier confirms that the documents have been delivered to the NVC. The date they confirm that the receipt of your documents is your scan date. And the wait time is up ro 11 weeks; but most of us have been seeing their case completed in ~9-10 weeks. The only way to track your case is to call the NVC(unfortunately). I suggest you call after your 8th week from your scan date.
