My case has been sitting there, like you said , if you look at  the spreadsheet you will see that my scan date was way before certain people who already have interview date. I don't even have my cc yet. So frustrating

I feel for you. I wish you were in contact with an assigned supervisor.. would Def be reassuring.. Hopefully you will get your cc soon.. but as you're at your 12 week mark (from your 3rd scan date). You have every right to speak to a supervisor each time you call. Surly, one of the supervisors can get you a cc..

Thank you, i will call again tomorrow and ask to speak to one . This morning whenI call like i said before the story was the same as the one the supervisor i spoke to last week told me. SO i just assumed it wasn't necessary to ask to speak to a supervisor

I noticed that you said to check status if it not a CC to call nvc, where do i check status?  Because i have seen the same thing since my first scan , it never changed evem though nvc told me that my case was under administrative review , that case status still say the same thing.

You mean the status on the CEAC website? Mine never changed as well. Some people here have said that if it changes to "At NVC" it's most likely case complete but ever since USCIS forwarded mine to NVC, it has always been like that (from the beginning of scan date of March 13 up to now, this is still the status).

Hmm, wondering if they're being advised to not tell us. Seems strange how some go to review department, stay for weeks while others arrive in the review department and get processed in 2 days. Thank you for the update. Hang in there. Someone just updated the spreadsheet with their cc,  took 10 weeks. Let's hope you get your cc by end of the week.

Thanks. I'm doing a countdown everyday. Yeah, whenever I ask about review, the reply is "No, not yet." Folks who get to know when theirs go to review department are luckier.

That's just depressing lol  That means there's no hope for May scan dates yet.  The waiting is killing meeeee!!!!

It's barely been a week since our scan date, and I'm already impatient lol.

Surely if they are processing the email filers in a week, they could come up with a solution to make it faster for us mail filers. One week vs eleven is a massive difference. I know it's a smaller sample doing email processing, but even so.

OK, thank You. I'll wait a few days.

Sure thing. here is my timeline. If I remember correctly I could fill out the ds-261 but I couldn't access the area to pay the AOS fees.. (that's what took a few days).

3/29/2017 i130 approved
4/5/2017 USCIS mailed to NVC

4/11/2017 NVC assigned case number
4/12/2017 Filled out the ds-261
4/14/2017 PAID AOS fee
4/18/2017 - Received Welcome Letter (via email)
- Called NVC to approve DS261
- Paid IV fee
4/19/2017 Mailed out Supporting documents
4/24/2017 USPS Tracking confirmed that NVC received documents
4/25/2017 NVC confirmed receipt, scan date
4/26/2017 submitted the 260 - 11 weeks starts today
Should have a CC by Wednesday, 12 July 2017

Meanwhile, My suggestion is to start gathering copies of supporting docs. I found this on your embassy's website. You may need more (which will be listed on your welcome letter but at least this is a good start.)

I just called NVC and asked if my file was sent to review department. The representative said "it's not reviewed yet but it's in the line to be reviewed. I saw we receive your supporting documents on March 20. Give us some time." Is my file on review department? What is she referring to when she said "in line?" Does that mean my file is just relaxing and maybe watching horror movie in mail room haha?

:( What's your scan date?

I called them but same reply-- Allow up to 11 weeks... I asked if review has started. He said No. So when does it start? He said It's highly possible that everything's done before May 30th. If you don't hear from us by the 30th, call us again. :-/

Dont worry...You will hear CC soon! :)
