Yes I included 2016, 2015 and 2014 tax transcripts.

So, you didn't receive checklist (kind of RFE from USCIS) from NVC, right?

You are talking about the one you get in email that you include while sending docs, right?

If so, yes, you are right. You don't need to include W-2's if you include tax transcripts.

I haven't sent anything yet, because i wanted to be sure first about everything, i do have IRS transcripts for 2016, 15 and 14 as well, i just paid the $120 yesterday morning so its still in process and i don't know if i can send the documents before paying the immigrant fee and filling the 260

You can send the documents right after paying IV fees. You need to include IV face-sheets that is generated after you pay IV fees. I know that people have received CC without sending face-sheets and only using checklist you receive in email, but I wouldn't take chance with NVC. You can certainly send documents before filing DS260 online. That will save you couple of days.

You received the same when you paid AOS fees, right? You need to include that as well.

I had two checklist, one on 12/07/16 and another one on 02/11/17. When i filled out the spreadsheet  i only put the first one. Even though they told me that i should hear something by Mai 3rd I'm still waiting. Between Wednesday  and Thursday  i went bananas on them , so Thursday they had a supervisor called me to obviously tell me nothing . So I'm still waiting.

Yes you can, just explain in checklist notes.

 

1st check list 12/07/16. Missing "document's name and short description.

2nd check on 02/11/17.

The spreadsheet only allowed me one date and one spot to describe the checklist.

Edit the spreadsheet and put the date of your second checklist.

 

Then edit your previous note.
