If you have already called the NVC, have confirmed your scan date and you’re waiting for a CC. Click on the following links to check your IR-1/CR-1 visa case status:

 

Check My Visa Application Status

DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

 

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Call the NVC to confirm.

dont be. i read that immigration visa interview is general much more easier than non-immigration visa interview, as long as you make sure to bring all the documents. good luck and keep us updated!

it looks like they are giving cc at 9 week mark, and wont exceed the 11 week mark in general. i wish you a speedy cc.

generally it takes 4-6 weeks after the cc to the interview date. so you can add that time too...i think. but you need time for medical check and i dont know how long the medical check takes in Madrid.

If you receive a checklist, do they list all documents that are missing or just the first document that is missing? In other words, do they just stop processing your documents as soon as they see one doc is not there?

Need help relating to my Affidavite of Suport Form i-1864.

My Husband has sufficient income according to the 125% of the poverty guideline to file Form i-1864 but problem is that he just paid one year Federal Income Tax Returns This recent year. Is he eligible to Spouncer his spouse??? or we need a joint spouncer???

Yes, it's based on the most recent/income/tax returns.

I started this out for March scan dates since I couldn't find anyone who was gathering up all their scan dates. It's turned out to be such a great tool that I would like to open it up to all February, March, and April filers. Also, It's open for all filers: Mail, Email, CEAC upload.

 

If you haven't filled out the questionnaire and you have a February, March, or April Scan date. Please fill out this short questionnaire, your contribution makes it easier for all of us to understand how the NVC is trending in terms of processing.
