and ajmac, if it's being reviewed, it looks like you will hear from them this week good luck, i may give you some points for medical if you havent finished doing so

 

i suggest you call them every other day if possible, but if you or your husband have extra time you may call them everyday. 

(we used to follow when we sent the documents november 13 and wait for their feedback as what we were told at first, to wait for 4-8 weeks (at that time) before calling them, when after calling them, learned about our scanned date was january 13 (yes you read that right) it feels like we wasted 2 months, i am not sure if it is because of US not calling them that they made us the LEAST priority at that time) 

i started calling them over and over again.. when we reached the 9th week mark from the scan date, i call twice a day or so (between EST 7:00am to 7:30am and EST 11:00-11:30PM to avoid waiting too much before talking to a rep)

 

 just hang on guys, and be patient, and wishing you guys all the best

case completed today, thank you for all the support and nice words, nvc is tough, 11 weeks of waiting but thank to you...it was better. Raise the pint!!!

Well, I just called and the rep confirmed that my case is not in the review dept..
