Ok, call the NVC tonight at 7pm your time. :)  And explain why your case status says "under review" while your sons says "submit documents".. And see what they say.. I'm pleasantly surprised that you're already under review if your scan date was April 3rd.  When did you mail in your documents? Meanwhile, can you update your VJ timeline please?

i haven't received an email yet so i dont know if there is a checklist. the status on ceac website changed to "at nvc". i will have my husband call them first thing tomorrow to confirm.

It would have been better if you would have called when it was within 8-9 weeks from your scan date. What was your scan date?

 

I am not sure if a Supervisor review would help? You should ask @R and KJ!!

 

I think @R and KJ requested for supervisor review. 

@chamma and @ajmac  i requested for supervisor review, but since the review time was changed to 11 week when it should only be 8 weeks, our dics weren't actually reviewed by a supervisor, 

 

and ajmac, if it's being reviewed, it looks like you will hear from them this week :) good luck, i may give you some points for medical if you havent finished doing so :)

 

i suggest you call them every other day if possible, but if you or your husband have extra time you may call them everyday. 

(we used to follow when we sent the documents november 13 and wait for their feedback as what we were told at first, to wait for 4-8 weeks (at that time) before calling them, when after calling them, learned about our scanned date was january 13 (yes you read that right) it feels like we wasted 2 months, i am not sure if it is because of US not calling them that they made us the LEAST priority at that time) 

i started calling them over and over again.. when we reached the 9th week mark from the scan date, i call twice a day or so (between EST 7:00am to 7:30am and EST 11:00-11:30PM to avoid waiting too much before talking to a rep)

 

 just hang on guys, and be patient, and wishing you guys all the best

Oct 7, 2020 interview - approved (uscis tracker saya new card is being produced)

Oct 8 , 2020 - uscis updated to Case Completed

Oct 12, 2020 - received hardcopy - NOA case completed
Oct 13 2020 - card was mailed to me expected delivery Oct 19

Oct 16, 2020 - received 10yr Expiration - GC 
 

N-400 Honolulu Office

April 04, 2021 - filed online paid using CC

April 05, 2021 - online says notice was emailed, biometric reuse 

April 12, 2021 - received the hard copy of notice and biometric reuse

May 21, 2021 - online update, interview scheduled

June 28, 2021 - interview and ceremony Approved
