 Hello everybody.do have any idea on how long will be the review in process before case complete?

Have you not submitted your DS-260?If Yes, have you not tried reaching out to the NVC yet? 

 

If No, please reach out to the NVC. I have not come across anybody with this case status yet...

 

They should have better answers why you case is in review since Feb 11 2017..

@chamma my husband already called nvc and they told him to call every week for updates.

We already sent the ds 260.

The last time i checked my case status,it says "action required:submit requested documents" though they already have it since april3.

have you been calling every week? what was the latest you heard?

After we confirmed our scan date.we dont call every week since the confirmation of our scan date.My husband just called last monday and told him that our case is under review and that my husband should call nvc every week for updates.

My case status changed but my son's still says "submit requested documents" and aos is not yet cleared when i logged in.

It would have been better if you would have called when it was within 8-9 weeks from your scan date. What was your scan date?

 

I am not sure if a Supervisor review would help? You should ask @R and KJ!!

If you have already called the NVC, have confirmed your scan date and you’re waiting for a CC. Click on the following links to check your IR-1/CR-1 visa case status:

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Call the NVC to confirm.

7, for all other questions

Forget the Supervisor review for now... 

 

There are people with March scan dates and still looking ahead for a case complete!!

 

Few of them  with March Scan Date have indicated that their case is in review, but their case status is still "submit documents". Your status is completely a new thing I have seen....

 

I suggest you keep calling every 2 days and check with the NVC 

on your Case & your son's. Good Luck!! Keep us posted!!
