Apologies if this has already been asked/answered.

Our scan date is 3rd March.

Up until the weekend when I would log in to https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx and enter info it would show details of both the petitioner and applicant (me). Now it just shows me (status paid and complete) there is no now mention of my petitioners civil/financial documents.

Also

When i log into the other CEAC website to check the status the message has changed from "submit documents" to AT NVC and has the following text: Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) that list the six steps you must take before NVC can schedule your visa interview appointment. This includes submitting to NVC various fees, forms and documents. Once NVC has received all the required items, they will let you know if anything is missing or incomplete. You can also find these instructions online at http://nvc.state.gov (English) and http://nvc.state.gov/espanol (Spanish). You will find contact information for NVC at http://nvc.state.gov/ask.

Does this mean our case is complete? If so, how long until we get email confirmation of this?

Or what else does it mean? There are no clear pointers of information on the website. Thank you.
