i did mines with a lawyer and he did pay an aos fee however when i log on it says documents need to be summited so i hope they get mines today

I did not use a lawyer and my screen looks like that, but says to submit docs at the status update.

not as far as i know. I only submitted my docs through email on Friday, 4/28

Thanks @raiser.  Seems like a number of folks with Case Completes no longer see the AOS section.

Just wondering if like @JBMG said, it disappears.  Can't seem to tell if it only disappears for case completes or if it was removed for certain cases as part of the new update.

 

This is driving me nuts arghh!! I want the NAs back !!

I don't think that status will change until you get a CC. Or maybe it does but only once it's under review?

 

As you can see below, USPS tracking states that the NVC received my mail on April 24th. But when I called in on the 24th and 25th, they had no record of it. Finally on the 26th, they said they received the documents on the 25th.  But as you can see, my status still says "Action required: submit requested documents". It would be great if they could update this message in real time as they get receipt of our documents.. This would def save us from calling into their customer service line to see if they have received them and getting our scan date.  

 

If you want to find out if they received your documents, and what your scan date is, you'll need to call them. The 11 weeks start from when they received your documents.

4/24/2017	USPS Tracking confirmed that NVC received documents
4/25/2017	NVC confirmed receipt, scan date
4/26/2017	submitted the 260 - 11 weeks starts today

I can confirmed and i didn't use lawyer. My one case was completed as you mention the screen with case completed and 2nd one still in processing and showing the same screen below.

The NVC Case Status won't change until you get a case complete unfortunately.  You will see "Submit Documents" until they complete the case.

Thanks @Zaib212.  Guess I'll just have to keep calling for now until AOS disappears from my page...maybe it will, maybe it won't.  Can never be certain with NVC

can you provide a screen shot of what your screen looks like?
