I've been updating column AI on our spreadsheet  with comments found on this forum. You'll notice that several people have called but still aren't under review.

Timeline

I called last night when i ask if there was any update. The guy was like " let me see heu it looks like everything is going alright your case is processing. When i told him how anxious i was about the AP , he said no need to be coz we are reviewing your case make sure everything also that  AP  was  the same as supervisor review , he was sorry for the delay. I'm all confused

you can email congressman for an update if you have already discussed case with congressman and they have opened a ticket for inquiry on behalf of you. I had a similar issue in uscis for i-130. and it took 9 months instead of 5 months to get approval.

I just called the office they told me i don't hear from them later on today,i definitely will on Tuesday.

Questions: we send thr documents yesterday to NVC. They will receive it on Tuesday, 1) When more or less they have a scan day 2) After that scan day what is the average time to complete the case and if when they completed they assign the appoitment in consulate 3) When They assign the appoitment they do it in how many days average after the case is completed.

 

This is important to me in order to manage the timeline in my job.
