I just called and they ells me that they are still not Reviewing my case that I have to wait 11 weeks scan date feb 21 😩😭💔 Today is 10 weeks

To be honest, I don't think even they know whether or not our case has been picked up for review. They just reply as they please. I don't think I have seen anyone going past 11 weeks since they updated their website. I am fairly sure you will get CC by then. Stay positive.

I just called again, to be sure, and another representative (quite rude one) said I have to allow up to 11 weeks for them to review. She also said that she can't see any info suggesting our case has been picked up for review yet. She furthermore added that our case has been in review department since they received it.

 

See what I mean? They are just answering randomly.

See what I mean? They are just answering randomly.

Tell me about it! Having a battle with the NVC over a supposed checklist that 3 people have said is false. Every time I call, I have to have this battle explaining it's not a checklist, it was a system error and our emails haven't been reviewed yet so they don't actually know if they've received all the docs. They really need to make notes for each phone call so there is some consistency.

When did you receive Email? I just want to establish a timeline of how long it takes NVC to notify by Email once they Complete review.

Well, if they worked in orderly fashion, current scenario wouldn't have happened (at lease not up to this extent. From 6 weeks to 11 weeks). Let's hope some of the higher management looks at VJ and starts organizing...

There has been a discussion regarding the following screens.  Some have said, not possible to know if we have a CC anymore because of the removal of the 3 n/a's... These screens are for the IR1 visa..

I received a email today.. it took 8 days from the cc date  to get the email ..saying waiting for a interview date....for the case completed it took 9 weeks 5 days ..

That's interesting - can you confirm if the Case complete screenshot above is someone who did not use a lawyer?  Those with lawyers don't pay an AOS fee.  Seems like the redacted Choice of Agent for the Case complete above reflects No Choice of Agent selected.
