How do you know that?

Attached are my screens. I don't have a cc.

Maybe because you paid those fees already? I've paid the fees and have submitted my documents.

If they don't have aos fee listed, they chose to have legal representation in which case they only receive one bill as opposed to two. Since aos fee wasn't listed in the screenshot, they most likely had a lawyer. That and the message displayed for their choice of agent.

exactly my point. The individual prior was asking how do we know if we get a case complete without any N/As which used to indicate case complete. Since the NVC has removed the NA statuses, the only way now to confirm case complete is to call them directly.

You are stating your case is still in progress so your screenshot is reflecting a case that has not yet been completed.

I've only completed the DS-261 and don't have a lawyer, but after the ceac update, the AOS section has disappeared for me. I spoke to someone else on here who confirmed the same thing happened to them.

I don't have the option to pay yet, but I can only see the DS-261 section and Applicant information section, whereas  before the update the AOS part was definitely there.

As soon as I sent this I got the welcome email, and the AOS section reappeared lol. I was able to pay the AOS fee.

Just received NOA2 hard copy friday, with an April 24th approval date.  Waiting a week or so before I call NVC to see if case has been received. AOS and IV packet will be ready to send once my husband recieves police report. He is going to handle that tomorrow. Do anyone suggest sending before all fees are unlocked. Or wait?

You have to wait to pay fees 1st because they will provide you with cover letter for your packages you will be submitting.

If it makes you feel any better, we had to wait an additional 2-3 weeks for my husband's police certificate so we were delayed too lol

Just sent off my documents yesterday so still waiting on NVC receipt/scan date :(

We also lost 2 1/2 weeks waiting for the police certificate.   This Friday will be 6 weeks since scan at NVC, March 24, 2017.

Good luck to all.

I just called NVC, and the representative told me that my case has been picked up for review since yesterday. I guess they picked up some time after I called yesterday.

I am not sure if the representative was telling the truth or not. She sounded a little suspicious to be honest. Well, good news for us if she was accurate. I hope to hear CC soon. Fingers crossed.

I wish good luck to everyone waiting.
