Mine took 11 days. It depends, as the email would be coming from NVC. I would say between 1 - 2 weeks the latest.

Others can also chime in on this as well.

I received the NVC email with scheduled appointment approx 3 days after case complete.

About 7 days I think it took my wife to get her P4 letter.

We got our email about 7 calender days after CC....which reading from all the other ones seems about the norm.

As an update, my wife had her interview on Tuesday May 23rd and was approved, and her paperwork and passport arrived On Monday May 29th in the afternoon. 5 working days like the Case officer said at the Kiev Embassy.

10 weeks since cc interview not scheduled for Dhaka yet. What could be the highest timeframe for 🇧🇩 Bangladesh?? Anyone from Dhaka here!!

If you analyze most recent complete profiles who had their interviews scheduled in "India" portal on VJ, you can see that people who get CC early in the month (1st or 2nd week) get their interviews scheduled in the same month. If your CC is in the later half of the month, you get your interviews scheduled the next month most likely.

 

Interviews are usually scheduled one month in advance.

 

CC: May 03, 2017.

Interview Scheduled: May 10, 2017.

Interview schedule notification via email: May 13, 2017.

Interview Date June 13, 2017.

 

You should most likely get your interview in July.

How u doing I saw ur posts and I understand what u went through , my scan date was may 1st 2017 , I got message from Nvc on 27th may 2017,here is the copy of the email Nvc sent .

NVC Notice of Missing Item: Please submit Affidavit of Support documents ****

Good day,
The National Visa Center (NVC) received the documents you submitted in support of Xxxx xxxxx. Xxxxx  immigrant visa petition. This petition's NVC case number is LGS xxxx. Xxxxx . However, NVC will not review these documents until we receive the Affidavit of Support form(s) and/or supporting financial evidence required for this case.

i will like to know if the is an error message Becos we submitted all required document in one envelope by mail . And again how long will it take Nvc to complete my application, thanks

having worked in a company where we had "specialist medicals" (i worked in the rail industry), I can totally understand why a GP can't just do the tests.  I saw so many who passed people for things they shouldn't have, and when they went to a specialised doctor who was approved for those medicals they came out with different results.  I paid $475NZ for my medical and I've done a dive medical for around $300 before also. These doctors do have specific training on what to look for on standard tests that  GP might miss.  It might be hard to see when you haven't been on the other side, and I too would rather not pay the money I did, but seriously some GPs just aren't smart enough for those tests and how to interpret the results.  Harsh but true.

congratulations! I've heard Houston is an easy one ... I tried to get a flight via there lol, seemed so much quieter than LAX.  So excited your wife is finally with you :-)

My P4 letter came with a section on page one about fees, it named the fee amount, and had a tick box for having to pay that fee, then a tick box below saying "all fees paid" which is what they ticked for me. Your embassy should do something similar, and if not it might be worth contacting them.  You could also look at the country specific information for interviews .... there's a PDF for each country. 
You can use the drop down box for your country here. It may give more clarity. My understanding though is that the majority of the time you have paid all fees up to the interview, and the only one remaining is to USCIS which you can't pay til after you receive your visa packet after the interview. This is just the processing fee for your greencard.
