Hello all my scan date was March 3rd. Any idea how much longer I'll be waiting for CC?

The wait time is 11 weeks ... most are getting approved between 9.5 - 11 weeks at the moment (I was 10 weeks 4 days). By my calculations you're at 9 weeks and 1 day so you're close! It would be ok to call them now and ask "is my case currently being reviewed? or is it still waiting to be picked up by the review department?"  I did this at 10 weeks and was told "its been moved to the dept that reviews them so it could be done any day now, but definitely by 11 weeks call us if you don't hear from us".  I got a very helpful rep :-)  Call at 7am if possible, they're in a better mood and little wait tie.

I told my husband to check with the Embassy. He said he would register with either FedEx or DHL though.

Every consulate usually has a specific courier they use. I suggest you follow the instructions for your consulate/embassy so that you do not cause any delays or mistakes before your interview. I hope this helps and good luck. :)

Hi All.  As I mentioned before we are IR-5 and my mom's interview is set for 6/21 in Santiago, Chile.  I am having trouble finding recent IR-5 (parent) sample interview questions and reviews.  I sent my mom a packet with copies of every paper I provided NVC including an updated finacial affidavit with 3 years of tax returns.  She is also bringing pictures of us through the years and copies of my US passport, Naturalization, etc.  I hope this will all suffice for approval, but I always fear of any left field questions or requests.  Are there any other IR-5ers there that had gone though the interview?

Best to to all!

No, because you chose your own date for POE

I know I choose my PoE , I wanted to know if there is a community here who shares their PoE experience. What documents asked? Harassment level? etc

You can see the POE experience of where you want to enter in USA. I will post a link of my intended POE in a bit. You can search yours and get some idea.

Update: Here's the link where you can enter your intended POE and see the comments. http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/poereviews.php
