So ,. Don't know if any of you have answer or not ,,, so my lawyer put on the application where they asked if you ever been to United States and we put now but I told her about the situation when my wife was a child she wasn't really sure how old she was like 7 or or nine years old ,,,  her crazy dad who moved their kids all over the place when they were young I guess tried to cross the border one time in Mexico and they got caught and they fingerprinted ,,  she was a small child not her decision  ,,  but yesterday when I was in the office picking up the rest of my paperwork to take to my interview at the end of the month she said some of the questions could be something like have you ever been to United States or have you ever cross the border and I told her the situation and she says that she should reply yes but I told her we did not put that on the application she said they'll probably do a waiver for her    Since she was a small child was not her choice ,,  but since it was so many years ago over or almost 18 or 20 years ago I would think there be no point to even mention it  ,, any thoughts

Well.  Our time is up.  cc: 4/17/2017, IR-5, interview finally scheduled for 6/21/2017 at 2pm at the Santiago, Chile consulate.  I like to help other people by sharing the experience and the question for a parent after the interview.  Can we be added to the tracking spreadhseet?

just got off the phone with them, nothing as of yet.  However, he said" oh, yours is EB", and he didn't say much after that.  I asked him if there is a preference given to other type of Cases over, E Cases, He said, he is not aware of such a thing.  Good luck, you should be getting yours before me, and I hope it is this coming June.
