Hi all,

USCIS received my application for 24-month STEM extension on May 31st, 2016. My OPT was expiring on July 5th, 2016. I received an RFE from USCIS on Sept 8th, 2016 asking for my I-983 form. At the same time, I was in the process of changing my employer and so I submitted an amended I-765 with the new I20 as well as response to the RFE received and USCIS received my documents on Nov 22nd, 2016. On Jan 10th, 2017, I got a letter that my case would take 90 days to process.

It has been 150 days since then and a total of 330 days since my first application was received. My school and I have submitted numerous inquiries, but have not received any response as to when my case will be processed. This is causing me tremendous financial loss and so would really like some advice on my case on how I can get it resolved.

Any help on my matter is greatly appreciated! Thank you for taking out the time to read through my query!
