I-130 Questions for spouse

My spouse came to the USA on a K-1 visa. We got married a couple of weeks ago and now we're looking to get her status changed to lawful permanent resident. My questions are the following:
1. Do we even need to file a I-130? Or will a I-485 suffice?

2. If we do file a I-130, what should I put for the following questions: "Part 5 1. Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?" I ask because I filed an I-129F Petition for her when she was my alien fiance. So does this question refer to only I-130's or any type of petition? 
The K-1 visa expires in July, so time wise we're doing okay, I think.

You need the I-485,I-131 and I-765.

The total amount for those 3 documents is $1,225 including the $85 fee for Biometrics.

 

As of right now it takes 3 to 4 months until her Employment Authorized Document ( I-765; work permit) and Advanced Parole(I-131; AP) are in the mail. That being said, she's neither allowed to work nor allowed to leave the country until the EAD/AP combo card is in the mail.

It can take up to 12 months until the Green Card is in the mail.

Thanks for the answers! That all makes sense now. I would only need to file an I-131 if my spouse left the country though before getting her residency though right?
