Naturalization through Marriage (merged)

My wife and I have been married for almost 4 years.  We were married on a K1 visa.  We have a pending I 751.  Once approved, we will file for her US Citizenship (I-400).  As the spouse of a US citizen, I have read that she can file the I-400 four months ahead of her three year permanent resident anniversary.  Is this correct?

hi

no, the maximum is 90 days, not 4 months or even 3 months, 90 days doesn't equal 3 months

it will be denied if you file earlier than 90 days

Last year, my wife filed her I 751 to remove conditions three months before her 2 year green card anniversary.  We are coming up to the one year point of filing.  Can she file her I 400 (Naturalization) if her I 751 is still pending?  We would like to file her I 400 three months in advance as we did with the I 751.  However, it does not appear the I 751 will be approved prior to filing.

She can file the i-400 as soon as she eligible, it doesn't matter that the ROC is still pending. Many have their ROC and i-400 interview at the same time.
