Hi everyone! I'm bored and can't go out at least to buy groceries since DMV cancelled my license after my I-94 expired. My AOS & EAD are still pending and was told by DMV to present documents that will prove my legal presence. What will I do? I also have kids to send to school everyday, and it's a big burden for me and my husband. Thanks! God Bless!

We've dealt with the same thing. Andre learned the public transportation system and did the best he could.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Did they actually put an expiration date that was within the 3 months of the I-94? When I went with my fiance for his license, he got his with a renewal date a yr away.

Every state treat driver's license differently, some only want a SSN, others want SSN and EAD that is valid for a year or more others will accept the i-94 as EAD, in the case of K-1, but only as long as the I-94 is valid. DMV is one of those things that is a state by state thing. Edited by YuAndDan
