New I-130

Good morning VJ family I have a quick question. On the new I-130 form part 2 where it says "your full name" do I put my marriage name because I was assuming I would put my marriage name an then on the next question which is" other names used I would put my maiden name. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have changed your name to your spouse last name then you can use it otherwise stick to your names in your birth cert. Uscis is not the problem but the embassy, they capitalize on every minor issue to make bad judgement.

You use the name on your passport!

This is important. If you didn't change your passport to your spouses name use your maiden name.

 

It needs to match the passport.
