Trying to bring him back? How far have they got with that? Has she filed a petition for her husband? Did they get as far as the interview stage? Even if he has a ban that won't prevent them from filing a petition and pursuing a visa application. They would then be told by the CO at the interview what they need to do if he has a ban.

 

It would be more helpful if the couple themselves post here and tell us exactly what stages they have completed and what the outcome was. At the moment all we have is hearsay and a very mixed up story.

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!
