I know 90 days is usually the waiting period for an EAD decision, and we applied January 23rd. I see on the "processing times" tab that they are currently working on January 26th. Is there any reason we appear to have been skipped? Thank you!

Met: 09/14/2013

Started Dating: 02/09/2014

Began Long Distance Relationship: 02/13/2014

I moved to Costa Rica: 01/15/2015

My parents visited and he proposed: 06/29/2016

Packet Sent: 07/01/2016

NOA1: 07/05/2016

NOA2: 08/25/2016

NVC Tracking number: 09/12/2016

Medical: 09/28/2016

Interview: 10/11/2016

POE: 10/28/2016

Wedding: 1/6/17 !!!!!

AOS and EAD Packet Sent: 1/18/17

NOA1: 1/23/17

ROC Timeline

08/16/19: sent I-751 packet to USCIS Lockbox in Dallas

08/19/19: packet received by USCIS

08/21/19: received text message with case number ( Texas Service Center)

08/23/19: check got chashed

08/26/19: received extension letter in the mail

11/14/19: Biometrics appointment

04/28/20: case got transferred to my local field office in Atlanta

05/28/20: New Card Is Being Produced

05/29/20: New Card Got Approved

06/02/20: We Mailed Your New Card

06/03/20: The Post Office Picked Up Your New Card

06/04/20: Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office

We filed our AOS back in November, so far nothing has move. We got an INFOPASS where they told us they would expedite it given the long wait. We'll see...

We filed under K-1 adjusting status.

 

I know I can't hope for news on the AOS yet, but I was hoping the work visa would come through sooner rather than later. He's going stir crazy!

Do the 90 days start from the day when you file for AOS, EAD and AP or do they start when you receive NOA1?

I think the NOA1 date, because they can't be responsible for how long it takes to be mailed from where you live to their office.

That makes sense.

Looks like that my day 75 is around May 23rd. Ugh...hurry up, work permit. :D:D
