I have had multiple names (long story) but basically, should put my most recent previous name and the rest in the space they provide to add it later? Or, should leave this section completely blank and write all my previous names in the extra space at the end of the application? I will attach a screenshot of what I mean. Thanks!590466cc1573a_ScreenShot2017-04-29at6_09_29AM.png.93155be3b3042891aa8711e531a330ff.png

Put your most recent previous name in 7a.b.c, and then use additional space for your previous names in reverse order.  You might want to annotate your birth name (the one that matches your birth certificate) when you get to the last entry - just to be clear.

We had/have a challenge of sorts, as Australia alters the birth records to only list the birth name and the current name.  If you have had a name inbetween, that name disappears from records (so you always have to keep copies of your marriage and divorce certificates!).

I actually disagree with above post. I would write see attachment and list everything on the separate piece of paper. It's more organized. That's what I did with my fiances employment and residence history. We got approved no RFE'S.
