The job of the fed is to control the supply of money.

 

How do you equate their monetary with favoring the wealth? Granted, banks will always benefit from low rates, but banks always win anyway.  

There is no excuse for rates under 2% under any circumstances. It is not the Fed's job, or shouldn't anyway(mandate wasn't changed till less than a decade ago) to promote employment. Their job is strictly about price stability, which they also tend to fail at miserably. I already wrote in my thread(not to sound rude but you guys really should read it instead of making me repeat myself - explaining the same points I've already explained there - in other threads) and you and I even had this discussion before where I explained in length my opinion(see below). Because I really want to go play resident evil, I will leave you with two links:

09/16/2016: THE END - 4 year long process all done!
