No , just the lady that interviewed me was new and couldn’t make a decision, but it has been 3 weeks now , I know there is a ceremony on January 16 in manassas Virginia that’s why I was wondering if anybody got scheduled yet

Just had my biometrics appointment today. I was originally scheduled at 1530H, but we went there immediately after my OB appointment and arrived there at 1240H. We didn't stay there that long and there were only three applicants when we got there including yours truly. We probably just stayed there for like five minutes and at 1300H, I got an SMS and an email saying that my case was just updated and that they were actively reviewing my case. Had to log in to my uscis.gov account and the estimated completion date is now a month earlier (used to be July 2020). I was handed out a reviewer but there is also the one that you can study online which can be found on their website. I am very delighted that I'm done with biometrics before giving birth.

Typo error

Guys, quick question. I completed my bio in last week of July. Until couple of weeks ago, my expected completion date was Feb 2020, but now it jumped to June 2020. Anyone in this forum seeing change in their dates ? Thanks in advance for the reply.

Same for me. July filer- completion date went from feb to July 2020z

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking this is calculated by the system,  based on some algorithm. Otherwise dates doesn't really add up. I know people who filed or had finger printing during June are getting interview dates.

Makes sense. Nov/dec filers also have July/2020 completion. So hope we get interview starting January.

Based on my calculation, we should see some action from next week onward. But, people hardly work in second half of December, so January is more realistic .

The officer told my husband that she was new and still in training. She said because his ROC was not yet adjudicated she couldn’t make a decision.  She pointed at the I-751 packet sitting on the desk and said she didn’t have time to look at it and was going to turn it over to her supervisor. 
 

I went to the field office with him but they said they didn’t need to speak with me. 
 

She said we should hopefully hear something by January. 
 

Needless to say, I’m not happy 😡

They really want to do the Oath Ceremony together & they had planned to be with Family at Christmas over that date in another part of the country. 

Is it wise to cancel an Oath Ceremony to wait for Father-In-Law?
