Hello everyone.   I had my interview at 8:30am in the morning on 12 March, 2018 at Washington D.C field office (Fairfax VA).  Please let me share my experience with you guys briefly.

Mine was exactly two weeks since I received the letter in the mail until the interview date.  I didn't get the text/email update, just the letter directly.

I just checked online (like I do several times a day!) and it paid off!  It says my interview has been scheduled!   I am over the moon!  Now I will be checking the mail every minute :)

Did anyone have an oath ceremony at Fairfax County Government Center today?

 

99 people (myself included, Glory to the Lord) became U.S. Citizens today. Met the  Fairfax County Chairman Sharon Bulova. A blessed event. Congratulations everyone!

I got my interview letter today, I will not lie, I was really hoping for an earlier date since that is the week I wanted to go away.  But I am super happy just to have progressed and have an interview!!
