Hi, I and my fiance will have a court wedding soon and do the big one later. We would like to know if witnesses are required at the court house and if yes, do we need two or just one witness.

Depends on the laws in your state.

Like above, some do, some don't.

 

If your state does, generally just 1 person (maybe 2 again state specific), some court houses even offer to provide those witnesses(like clerks or what not) at a small cost.

 

Should tell you the info when you look at the county clerk page of your county.
