For the I-864 Affidavit of Support, you will need to show a US domicile or proof that you will establish one when your husband immigrates.  In addition, you will need current income that will continue after you return to the US to meet the financial requirements for your husband's visa and green card.  If you do not have current income that will continue when you return, then you will need to find a Joint Sponsor who does meet the financial requirements.

A Canadian PR is the equivalent to a US LPR.  So at the very least the OP does not have a Canadian passport.

I'm a US naturalized citizen holding  US passport and Canadian PR card. Will it effect my husband's immigration process?
