It askif you fully support them or partially support them. There mom has them every other week and supports them as well. So i am confused about question 8. Some say they only will count me fiance and kids as 3 since I only support half there needs. Accoriding to start my wife tried to get goverment help and told her no since she has the half the time her income counts as 2. Just really confused because i have them 26 weeks at a time. Neither one pay child support and each one of ise carries one child on insurance. So even through there is 2 of them the judge said we each care for one in the end. Just my week i support both her week she supports both. Sorry just read some many post that goes both ways. Just like to to know why is says partiallydependent and what it means.

I went thru a successful K1 process in 2012 and had a similar situation as your's. Me and my ex-wife each claimed one child on our tax returns so I put down one dependent on I-134. I didn't have any problems. Hope that helps.

I know going through this is hard but knowing that there are othe couples going through this same process makes it easier. This VJ is for us to keep eachother heads up and stay positive. Because at the and of this process we will look back and remember how crazy we were lol. There's no point in getting worked up over this...regardless theres nothing we can do but wait. Lets be positive and be there for one another!!😁😁 its hard for me but im keeping my faith Alive!😜😍⏳ONE DAY CLOSER

Maybe im wrong, but

Ive been looking at this "igors list", and realise its the wrong thing to look at

I do know that we have to fill out our timeline for it to be accurate, from oct till now, im guessing 90% of the people arent going to fill it out , which screws up the timeline

Also, why are there so many names in black  ( cant click on it) have they undone their timeline?

Theres no way to tell just how many are accually still waiting the noa2.

Its not Visajourneys fault, but i wish there was a way to eliminate the old and dead profiles

 

Example

3 got the noa2 today, im around 650 now, thats another year n a half i will have to wait , considering weekends and holidays

How is my estimated date in sept, what is Visajourney using to calculate sept?, considering 600some ahead of me
