I can't find that option for real time updates anywhere in the app...

and nothing on google either... they just say that the app can do it that's all but doesn't say how to get there

I saved like 10 cases in there but I don't get any updates for neither one of them

Does your case show up when you open the app? Do you have a bell icon in the top right corner? That icon goes to the real time updates tab.

I found out why...

the iphone APP does not have the bell icon.. so, no real time updates

It only works for androids :(

Yup, I hear ya.  Here in the northeast, too... this early taste of Fall temperatures doesn't help either... oh well, soon... it will happen soon.  I'm looking forward to the day when I get to introduce my fiancee to Winter, lol.  She claims that she can handle it; she's, also, from the Philippines but working as an OFW in Bangkok.  :)

Really? That stinks! That must be why a lot of people couldn't figure out what was going on with the app on Apple devices.

Im not fishing for sympathy, I just want to put something into perspective for all you guys. My petition was received on may 16th. After 5 years together we were finally coming to the end of our long journey to be together forever. August 11 my life was turned upside down when my darling fiancé was tragically killed in a car accident. I still don't know what to do with myself. For all of you worrying about how long this process is just remember the time is coming for you to be with your loves. You will see each other again no matter how long it takes. I can not come to this thread anymore to read the news. It just hurts way too much.

Much love to everyone going through this process and good luck to you all.

😘

jan

You will probably never read this but prayers go out to you in your time of grief.

This goes to show us how fragile life is and how important it is to love and respect everyone in our lives while we are here. I appreciate this site because it creates a community that brings us together to help one another on our journey to find that special partner into our lives.

Good things happening soon, keep the faith, I am not sure if it is accurate but my number was 794 on igors list 3 days ago and now it is 755. Moving in the right direction! My birthday is Sept 22 so I am praying for a happy Birthday surprise! Keep the faith all, one day closer!

I know what you mean lol, my fiancee is from Philippines also, and never experienced snow or cold whether either. I am on the East coast also! Looking forward to making a snow man with her lol. Have to buy her a winter wardrobe lol. Keep the faith!

I was #687 on the list the other day and now I'm #645... just wish my timeline's adjudicated date would stop slipping into the future... Oh, and my birthday is September 14.  :)  Think that I'm going to have to take a trip to Bangkok soon, though, since this waiting is taking its toll on both of our emotional states...

Lol I know the feeling, she gets more stressed than I do and I am the one always calming her. Telling her it is in Gods perfect time. "Man can make His plans, But God has the final say" Proverbs 16:1  I told her to right that scripture on her forehead. lol

Oh god, that is so sad... In the off chance this actually reaches you: our thoughts are with you and we wish you the best; even though we don't really know you, we have been sharing this boat with you and it is so shocking... Though the pain you must be going through right now is unimaginable, sooner or later you will heal; hope it's sooner rather than later. Lots of love and strength <3 <3 <3

Big hugs, Dani and Mati.

I was looking at the list of all the cases on it, why so many names not clickable? And, why noa2 dates for months like oct, nov etc from last year?

Also, i looked at my timeline, and it says for consulate, Armenia

My fiancee is from the Philippines

Did they just lose my application??

Awe I'm sorry to hear about this. I hope you guys can talk and maybe figure it out? You're almost there! It's normal to be a little more stressed out than usual with this process, we had our phases too after all this waiting.

but, if you come to the conclusion that this isn't what you want, you can ask them to cancell the petition, and I think you have to write a formal letter to them asking it. About the tourist visa, I do not know if the embassy from your country would have the records of the process, since for now it's been only in the uscis.

if you need to talk, you can message me private :)

Wish you all the best

Noticed today our timeline has been moved back yet again. Anyone else have the same issue?
