That's not reassuring that you did not get a text or email.

what was your paperwork error?

The first time my fiancé forgot to attach my G-325a, and I didn't get a chance to do a final check before he sent it in.

I was nervous the second time because we didn't get any texts or emails ... but our check was cashed last week and then he received the hard copy NOA1.

My fiancée and I posted on 5th May, it's a Friday, it was received the Monday after at Lewisville. On the 11th we received an email with a receipt notification number which we can use to track the case, however, the e-mail advised that we should wait 7-10days to receive the paper notification in the post before we attempt tracking at all.....fingers cross for now.

Excellent you should have the paper notice next week. You may want to make a photo copy of it for safe keeping.

Hey Everyone,

Currently in Colombia with my fiancee. UPS delivered our I-129F Petition to the TX lockbox on 5/10 but we have not received NOA1 yet. We're hoping to get NOA1 soon and NOA2 before I leave end of June or early July, but that's looking rather optimistic based on the most recent posts..

I would say mid to late August at the absolute earliest. There is just know telling with the USCIS.

I'm preparing for the long haul.

Did USCIS send the I-129F package back to you requesting the G-325A because if you used the latest forms it is no longer required.

Maybe you didn't get the text/email notification because their system is not working well lately. Probably same reason why approved cases keep showing as received and everyone thought USCIS wasn't working on any cases barely. NOA2 hardcopies in the mail proved otherwise :)

What does the USCIS tracker says for your case number?

The e-mail system/notifications is not working well? Damn!! My fiancé is going to live in another state for 2 months until August and we were expecting the notifications through email or/and sms :/// I bet I am going to be waiting for the NOA1 notification for months :D

Hopefully they will fix the system soon, but yeah, not too reliable right now. Anyway, the hardcopy usually arrives around 10 days after received date. If she moves out before that, you can always have someone checking the mailbox, I guess.
