This is sad. Don't get me wrong, happy to see more approvals than RFE's but this is a low productive day!

Yes it really is, it seems they have moved to June cases. Like what they did with april, they will now process June cases in masses and do few May cases per day.

I think you're right. I guess they call themselves trying to catch up and started to work June more aggressively since there's not a lot of May cases left.

I'm so sick of this!

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

Want to know something weird... they're also doing march cases (like 1-2 but still) so I guess April moved to marchs place and May moved to April's...

Dang, I was really hoping we'd all get approved before this...But there seem to be too many people that are still waiting for NOA2 from May for them to start June already...

hey guys, do you think using a co-sponsor (parent) and the petitioner being listed as partially dependent on the co-sponsor could actually cause any trouble? like, that being construed as being too poor to bring someone over? sorry last minute paranoia. anyone with the same/similar situation?

What bothers me is when they moved to May, there weren't that many April filers in case received status waiting in vj.

i think because this took so long, more people found the forum. Hence it looks even more than vj averages. Which I'm sorry that it hit you guys. But also if they stopped at May that would hit everyone too.

sao I'm in an in between area thinking, it's good they started May when april was going at the same time and I'm happy they started june the same way. Otherwise all of May would be waiting to start right about till nowish...

I'd rather have them start now than move on to other months without finishing...As much as I hate waiting, it's even worse for people from April and March who might still be waiting.

They received my response to the RFE on November 16th, They asked for documents that I already sent, so I sent them again. Now it is December 4th, 18 days later and still have not heard anything. Totally pathetic!

But not every case is same.

then let's go all the way back to February?

because there are also people waiting there.

i saw a case from December just getting its noa2.

I'm extremely sorry you know it, I am checking shoegums case (cause that's the only number I have) everyday. I want you guys to move on as bad as you believe me.

but it is easy to say equality when we're the one in the edge. If equality was in works this whole thing would look so different everybody would be going crazy.

it wouldn't be let them finish march and April. It would be April not started as march didn't finish. March didn't started cause February didn't finish. It is a really frustrating loop.

Can anyone that had an RFE  give me an idea of how long it took from RFE response received to Noa 2 approval

Fair enough, but that's not a good thing either...Because then they're literally leaving cases that are "harder" behind and just moving on to easier ones.

And as far as the edge goes...I'm not even sure if I'm at the edge :jest:

I just wish there was something we could do about it.

Some people get approved within a few days as observed from my list, others take 2 or 3 weeks and there was someone who took 2 months to get approved. It's just way too different with every case but I'd say 2 to 3 weeks after rfe response received is the most common timeline.

I know believe me I know.

and that's why I'm trying to show as many cases from as many months everyday. To show you guys they're not just doing this handful you're seeing.

they are both behind and after you.

but I also know as a person then you would be saying, but my case is simple I've never even married before, his case was harder there criminal records so we should wait..or I shouldn't have to wait.

this is human psychology... it includes all of us it we would find something to be frustrated at cause this wait is already frustrating.
