How come I don't get any updates from this APP ???!!!:ranting:

Everything is enabled in the settings...

After I saved my case number I found an option for real time updates. Try Goggling "real time updates in USCIS app"

What if I will abort the process? What if I want to back out and not pursue the application? I kinda not like the emotional abuse my fiance is doing to me. He loves me but it seemed that everything is not going well. Will I have a problem if I apply for a tourist visa?

Awe I'm sorry to hear about this. I hope you guys can talk and maybe figure it out? You're almost there! It's normal to be a little more stressed out than usual with this process, we had our phases too after all this waiting.

but, if you come to the conclusion that this isn't what you want, you can ask them to cancell the petition, and I think you have to write a formal letter to them asking it. About the tourist visa, I do not know if the embassy from your country would have the records of the process, since for now it's been only in the uscis.

if you need to talk, you can message me private :)

I can't find that option for real time updates anywhere in the app...

and nothing on google either... they just say that the app can do it that's all but doesn't say how to get there

I saved like 10 cases in there but I don't get any updates for neither one of them

Im not fishing for sympathy, I just want to put something into perspective for all you guys. My petition was received on may 16th. After 5 years together we were finally coming to the end of our long journey to be together forever. August 11 my life was turned upside down when my darling fiancé was tragically killed in a car accident. I still don't know what to do with myself. For all of you worrying about how long this process is just remember the time is coming for you to be with your loves. You will see each other again no matter how long it takes. I can not come to this thread anymore to read the news. It just hurts way too much.

Much love to everyone going through this process and good luck to you all.

😘

I have the app on two phones...its only one that gives me notifications (even it, not everyday). The other one kind of do whatever it wants :D
