I've complained about the time for petition and nvc to my congressman.  Told them this isn't acceptable timeframe from what it use to be.

cause it's ridiculous. They really don't update I'm sure because there are so many cases from February and March still looks case received.

We have been approved on oct 30th....my fiance called the USCIS earlier today to know if they sent our case to nvc...after checking and gathering our informations they said yes it has been sent. Was really nice said they gonna make an officer call us back in few days just in case... Now we're going to call nvc to see If they have received it. Seems like it takes up to 5days to receive... 

I think lets track and see how long the delay is and whos still waiting.

if they say they get thousands of application in a day, then they f-ing suppose to have the staff for that amount!

Yep.  May as well lay off the call center and hire more workers for petitions.  Let's see, more petitions processing faster means less calls to a call center.  Cause and effect.  Someone there needs to go back to school.

nvc said it will takes upto 6weeks to receive case at nvc..my 5 weeks completed after approving my petition.
