Well, it could be because the day before had a lot of touched cases.

Well we will see what's happening today I guess.

I am running an additional July just to see what's happening in there too.

NOA2 to NVC (U.K. folks pretty please)

Hi gang🙂

I am hoping to get to get an idea for all of those (UK only) who have received their NOA2 and approximately how many days it took to get your NVC number.

Thanks so much!

Hello fellow UK filer! I haven't got my NVC number yet, next Monday will be 5 weeks for us of waiting since NOA2 and I think the long wait periods between NOA2 - NVC seems to be a recent thing of late.

When I was stalking previous UK folk, the average for them seemed to be 2-3 weeks, but I guess right now it seems to be taking the full whack!

At least with the NOA2 horror we are somewhat used to waiting :)

At this point we may as well gotten married and gone the K3 route.  I'm estimating March for me which is 10 months! K3 was to take one year, so not much different.

I just talked to my lawyer about this. The beneficiary should have on hand I-134 for the interview. When the wait is over and you are both in US and married, you need to complete I-864 while filing for adjustment of status

NOA1 - May 22

NOA2 - Dec 1

NOA2 Hard copy received - Dec 6

NVC received - Jan 18

NVC Case # assigned - Jan 29

Medical Exam - Feb 21

Interview - Feb 27

long wait due to government incompetence realized in 2 month testing for TB

Thats the  most up to date and current vaccination requirements given by the CDC, to the embassies (and therefore to the doctors doing your medical)...

It tells you exactly which vaccinations you need based on your age.

These are the only REQUIREMENTS :-)

Finally got a call back from a USCIS tier 2 officer to ask if my case has been sent to NVC... after I told him why I was calling he placed me on hold, and after I waited for 10 min the line was disconnected... UGH WHAT THE HECK. I just called back and got back in line to speak with a tier 2 but seriously?? I'm pretty sure the officer can see what number to reach me on too so it's really frustrating that I didn't get a call back at all from him after the line was disconnected...

I feel you on this one. My fiance was supposed to have a call with Tier 2 TWICE and both times they never even called him back!
