I am actually... checking march this weekend.... cause I'm crazy..... I want to see if any given time they were doing 2 months or 3...............

I think I had 2, maybe 3 app notifications for March this week. So I am sure there were more.

who among here receieved their approvals, NOA2s, after 200 days?

We did on our day n. 200, we had RFE before.

We are receiving everything how is supposed to be, text, email, shoegum’s scan shows it and then hard copy, at every step it has beed that way.

***Waiting for interview***

yes i did and they told me just to wait. a bunch of nonsense really

It’s not fair that they don’t tell you or update the website after receiving our RFE...😔 Keep checking your mail I feel like yours already got approved if it’s been 14 days.

Hi gang🙂

I am hoping to get to get an idea for all of those (UK only) who have received their NOA2 and approximately how many days it took to get your NVC number.

Finally some good news on our case.  Our NOA2 was approved 10/24/17.  After a couple weeks, I started calling NVC - always the same reply.  Your case hasn't been received from UCIS yet.  My fiancé emailed the consulate in Rio de Janeiro after 30-something days - they told him to contact them again after 42 days (6weeks) and they would inquire with the NVC and get better tracking on the case.

Anyway, I kept calling NVC every day or two.  Last call was Tuesday, 11/28.  Still, the case was not received.  I didn't call yesterday.

THIS MORNING, an email shows up in my inbox from the NVC stating that the case was received, number assigned, and case sent to the consulate all in one day in response to a request from the Rio consulate for expedited processing!   My fiancé went online and completed the DS-160 and filed it almost immediately.  Then he emailed the consulate, and they emailed back in half an hour and said that he would be able to schedule his interview in a day or two!

I don't know what happened.  It seems too good to be true after so many weeks and months of waiting.  I hope it works out like they say, and I hope for smooth, fast transactions for the rest of all of you!

whats this rio consulate ?..and how u check your case received by nvc. any app ???

Rio consulate = Rio de Janero, you can call NVC to check on case and no there is no app to download. Check on case here if you have case number. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx   if i am wrong please correct me all mighty ones.

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  I called the NVC by telephone.  I'm not aware of an app, if there is one.

Congratulations, I am still waiting since on my RFE, they received my response 14 days ago. Maybe because of the Holiday, but I have not heard anything yet. hopefully soon!

Hey they received my RFE on Nov 15th and I'm still waiting as well

You can check this out https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hJA_5Lqd5IpSv7UJAnhnFPrIZjZFC_wrsc-84DS28DM/edit#gid=0

They often approve cases with the same rfe response received date.
