So I have my case number and my invoice ID number, what's the next step?

See "What to do after NOA2 Approval?" in my signature. Should help.

I filed my application May 4th. I got an RFE in the mail 11/13 and sent it back 11/20. The status online hasn't changed from "RFE was mailed out..." , did the status change for you to "processing" before getting an approved notice?

It changed to "Your Current Status: Response to USCIS’ Request For Evidence Was Received". No more communications from USCIS after that. Then the approval just "appeared" in the mail.

I personally think that your case was thrown in the bin with may 23 cases, whoever was "sorting" these files out seen 23rd somewhere and just placed you there with rest of the cases that day. To add to that, that entire week 22nd to 26th looks really odd in numbers comparing to other weeks. Weird to say the least. Good luck.

HHHmmmmmmm. Thanks for the well wishes. I mean.....they will eventually get to those cases i guess.?????? (skeptical eyes)

I just really wonder how it works there. Makes no sense that cases in the next month are getting approvals.

Did they update your WAC to "Your Current Status: Response to USCIS’ Request For Evidence Was Received"? If they have you probably won't receive any more communications from USCIS. The approval letter will just appear in your mailbox.

Yes they updated the WAC to Request for evidence was received on November 16th.  But I check my tracker on the phone and still nothing, also I check Shoegums scans everyday, Do you think it would show up on either one of those?

Oh me neither :( sorry it came out like that.. I totally agree with you their system is f-ed up.

But I'm just seeing too many cases and have an incredibly bigger picture in my hands that I can't say "why they passed by my case?" That's all :)

believe me I want to see you all done and gone in a good way :)

It has to show up on the website of uscis.

always check that one. Without that we won't see it.

Sorry to edit your post, but 3 good points

- they will, or did they already. But why they haven't been entered yet may be the question

- it makes no sense to us, but I'm sure it does to them (to a degree). I would like to see a photo of the mailroom for incoming, and of the room with tons of shelves. I almost have a feeling that it looks like Home Depot, 4 shelves high, with palettes and forklifts, or the other room where agents pick up the cases. You must realize that there are 20000+ files steady only for 129-f, and imagine how many more different ones. There are tons and tons of paper there.

- it sure makes sense, because spread of work is 98% within 70 calendar days. Currently that would make April+May up to June 8th. They do reach back to March and beyond on occasions, excluding the expedites.
