OMG.....so like I just saw that the case RIGHT BEFORE MINE (WAC1790339590) just updated JUST NOW...I MEAN REALLY RIGHT NOW....with a RFE notification.

 

Could I be wrong....could today REALLY BE MY DAY???? COULD THEY BE POSSIBLY ABOUT TO REVIEW MY CASE???? ARE THEY REVIEWING IT RIGHT RIGHT NOW???

 

OMG....I FEEL LIKE MY HEART IS ABOUT TO JUMP OUT MY CHEST!!!!!

Wow that is scary, I have no idea what happens if it's almost about to expire.

Do you want to try to read this thread to see if there's anything helpful you can do? I know it's old but you can find info perhaps?

called NVC and no case number yet. it's been 4+ weeks. Driving me nuts...

My RFE response was received and I got my approval (status update on case) 2 days ago. It took 13 days after USCIS acknowledged my response. So everyone who got an RFE, hang in there!

Either uscis or the embassy extend the time, don't worry. If it goes to the embassy you can ask them to do it. And in some cases because of NVC and mistakes on their side etc, uscis just reapproved the case and give a new noa2 date.

 

and the only thing you need to do is schedule the interview before that day. So again don't worry about that. You have enough stress already

I wouldn't count on it either, when they update a system with a date it means (they lie about) the latest day they touched up to that day...

Yeah, I'm definitely not counting on it, it'll be the same as when they last updated it they were still doing April lol...I'd actually feel better if they DIDN'T lie about it because we know the real state of things anyway....

So, since this May Filers topic starts to be made of people that have been approved more than people that are waiting

(hope for everybody my perception is reality!)

I wanted to ask @Shoegum @Naes @Meech and all those people that love numbers graphics and statistics (sorry I’m an artist 👩🏻‍🎨),

is there any spreadsheet for people waiting NVC?

Feels like we change acronyms but still do the same: freaking waiting! 🧘🏻‍♀️

I have 6-7 months of data to go through, unfortunately don't have any more psychological space for more 😂
