Is there anyone else that has been waiting longer than 6 weeks at NVC ?

We are one of the unlucky ones that was pulled for administrative processing. 

no time frame for that either..

Omg exactly like ours too. I’ve basically given up on waiting for him and started doing things myself. We’ve already gotten our petition approved and he won’t even outline the next steps even after I told him it could take 6 months to a year to get a Canadian Background Check if you’re not in Canada.

We are at 5 weeks today. So you got your case number and then you go for AP or is it the other way around? Did you talk to anyone fronm NVC?

Yes we got our case number on 20th Oct ..

We were expecting it to be sent to embassy, but it just kept showing At NVC

have called them now every few days , still under AP ..no time frame .

The person who I spoke to today said they try and get them out before it expires after 4 months

Are you under AP too ? ..

We have 8 weeks left before ours expires so not really sure what happens after that ! 

Its very scary at this point ?

has anyone else had theirs expire? 

Do we have to start the whole process again?
