USCIS case tracker notification

 

Country is Dominican Republic

NOA1 received date is May 5th

 

Case Status Update changed from Response to USCIS RFE was received to CASE APPROVED

 

Congrats to whoever this may be!!!

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

No country listed just says USA

NOA1 received date is May 17th

 

Both cases have been approved!!!

Yeah, it really sucks, I'm waiting here with an RFE :unsure: Have you tried getting an inquiry?

I have, i called a few times. Wouldnt be transferred to tier 2. 

Put in an inquiry and 10 days later, i got an email saying the case was resolved.

"still in normal processing time" 

Because the website still says may 1st.

I've heard it'll be updated by December 16th. Perhaps that's when they will say they're "done" with May. So if you don't get approved by then the inquiry should work. I wonder what normal processing time is to them because you're already over 200 days right?

My fiancee called USCIS twice this week and was supposed to have a calls with tier 2 and BOTH times nobody ever called him back..I just have no words.

Hey guess what? Guess what? The one with NOA1 received date 17th may is ours! 

Oh wow! I can't believe that we got approved! It came when we are not expecting it! We don't expect to receive it today! I stay awake because I'm having my time off tomorrow. In the middle of playing a game, I feel like I want to check the app. It doesn't give us a notification until we open the app. Oh wow! we still can't believe it. Just finished doing a video call with him. He is surprised and super duper excited. Finally!

204 days and counting........now im just hoping by December 16th. :-(
