I am hanging with you until the end, bet your life on it. And even if they say no, we are going to Jamaica and I will build a raft like Cubans used to, and we will bring his azz here. No quitting is to happen here . You are 23rd, right? I jumped the gun here, can't blame me for trying ....

It's just doesn't seem to be our time still.

On your scan there's a case that is 4 from me that got approved but there are 2 cases in between them that were already approved a couple weeks earlier. I just don't understand how hard is it for them to get to my damn case!!!!

As much front-loading I put in case, the adjudicator should just approve my case with ease...unless they over there taking there time looking at the 50-60 pics I added. SMH!

Hello everybody,

Looking for some advice regarding the I-134 that needs to be sent in to the embassy for the K-1 visa application.

My Fiance has a minor son and we want to get the visa for him as well. We included him on the I-129F application already, but now I am not sure abut the I-134 form.

I believe that I read somewhere that children need a separate form, although I just called USCIS (Tier1) and was told that I should fill out only 1 form (but want to double check).

Does anybody have any experience with it?

Your help is appreciated.

Have a nice day,

Mark

If you're filing for his son, you have to list all those that will be dependent on you in your household on the I-134.

As for the visa application, you will have to fill out and pay a fee for each person you are sponsoring. So that's a visa fee for the beneficiary and a fee for his son.

USCIS said one form in regards to the I-129f which is the separate from the DS-160 (visa application).

I will, and would take it any day dear friend, but as I said before, if it has to, I wouldn't mind the letter delivered on Christmas eve, I would put it under the tree and go to sleep. Christmas morning, I get up .......

With you is a different story, USCIS doesn't have your case anymore, God took it over. They were afraid that if you get approved and leave all of the institutions would not be able to absorb all of the "scanless" cases, as we all know, withdrawals are devastating for individuals suffering, friends and family :lol:.

By the way, that last scan and totals update was beyond spectacular B-). (Tonight again or I can go to sleep early? :)) THANK YOU !

Go to uscis.gov and review the instructions that come with the I-134 so you know you're filling it out correctly.
