Yes. Approved 13th Nov but still says Case Received. Doesn't really help with my anxiety even though I know we've been approved. We even called and told them but still no status change.

Noa2 10-24. Nvc received ours yesterday and gave me a case number and IV number

I thought so too!! That's why I was like never heard of that before. Only checked the US site till now.

 

I'm Turkish, long term resident in Tokyo! So I already need to get 2, I don't want it to become more than that!

we got the NOA2 on oct 23rd I think, and got an NVC case # just today (maybe it was ready yesterday but we didn't call)

Ahh I see! I love Japan, but funnily enough never been to Tokyo. I'm working on getting my Korean and Vietnamese background checks whilst living in Vietnam. Turns out the Korean one was much easier to get here than the Vietnamese haha!

We had no RFE either, so it's all very confusing .

Ive been in the same job for 18 years, no criminal history , just a normal every day Aussie !

Our anxiety is through the roof, 10 of my family members have booked and paid to fly over in march for our wedding which is pretty much all paid for .. 

I'm starting to panic now.

The day I was trying this I saw a package had left for Egypt. I thought could that be our's? I called the NVC and I was told our package had gone out. The one I had saw was our's I was so happy. I just checked our's it's at the Sorting Center in Egypt now, it's moving fast

Someone with the example date I made up above for the country of Egypt has a package going to Egypt now as you will see if you try this.
