so please check your apps and the website cause sometimes even apps don't update accordingly but the web sites tracker is correct.

Actually this is an open question to all. Did anyone get an approved notice in the mail without receiving an RFE received status change first?

I got a letter from customer service saying the site (shaadi.com) was not an IMB as well as a print out of their Terms of Service which shows the site is free. I got this advice from another post on VJ ( @prish17 - thank you for the advice! ) 

 

Hopefully approval comes soon..

Again today, my fiance managed to speak to a tier 2 officer but the same thing... wait until December 16 for the update and if we didnt get any update on or before December 16 we can file a complain... 😭😭😭

The number is 603-334-0700. Follow the options. They will ask for your WAC number and let you know if the case is in their system. If they haven't received it they will tell you it can take up to 6 weeks. If they have received it they will ask you a few questions for identity verification like US citizen's name and the name and birth date of the beneficiary. Then they will give you the case number, invoice ID, and the beneficiary ID.

 

They are much nicer than USCIS customer service!

Medicals are set and now she's doing the DS-160 so she can schedule the interview. No lie when it gets to NVC it goes fast!  Be ready people!  We are, but this DS-160 is throwing us off some.

Have child too.I was asking my embassy here and they told we need fill out form DS-160 for each person.so u have to be sure about your country.  Call to your embassy.Before booking the dates for the interview, children should be added to the profile on the embassy's website where u have your log.

Just got back last Saturday from India after spending time with fiancee. I am mad that the petition still has not reached NVC, 27 days after approval. Anybody approved after 10/31 and petition reached NVC?
